My areas of expertise include anxiety, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, depression and stress management. I have decades of experience counseling adults, children, and teens from diverse backgrounds and helping them deal with life issues.
Bisma works at Mount Sinai Hospital, has a private practice in Queens, New York and does workshops and gives lectures throughout the tri-state area. She is also a board member of Muslim Thrive, a NY based organization which strives to raise awareness of mental health issues in the Muslim community.
