Talking therapy with a cappuccino

Therappuccino is a podcast about therapy, self care, and wellness. In each episode I explore a different aspect of mental health and discuss coping skills and strategies.

I describe myself as a therapist, coffee lover, healer, helper, dreamer, and globe trotter.

I am a Licensed Mental Health and Professional Counselor in New York and Pennsylvania.

I have been a therapist for over a decade. My past work experiences include hospitals, non-profits, mental health clinics, and digital mental health startups. I also have a private practice that I have maintained for many years.

Throughout my career I have worked with community based organizations, spoken on panels, done workshops and webinars to provide education and awareness of various mental health issues. Over the years, I have been quoted in the New York Times, Time Magazine, Popsugar, Buzzfeed, and many other media outlets.
